Our tour touches the most important port cities from the Black Sea and the Danube , centuries old medieval genovese citadels, old slavic churches where the monks still keep reading the liturgy in cyrillic. We hike the oldest mountains in Romania, the Macin mountains, part of the hercinic range and we do a local wine tasting in one of the many wineries from the Dobrogea region. We then deepen into the Danube Delta to discover its treasures, its wildlife and experience the homestays and the fabulous fish gastronomy.
